3 DAY FLY IN SAFARI FOR GORILLA TRECKKING
3-day fly safari to gorilla in buxom sector of Bwindi impenetrable national park or Mghinga side Nkuringo sector, the flight may either land at either Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip and then from their airstrips you can picked by your safari to Buhoma for gorilla tracking on the coming day
SAFARI HIGHLISTS
Arrival day: you will be picked from the airport or any of the border posts by our safari guide from African skimmer tours to drop you at agreed place of accommodation
DAY 1: pick up from the place of accommodation and transfer to Kajjansi airfield for your internal flight to Kihihi air airstrip

DETAILED ITINERARY
Arrival day
Our guide representative from sail adventure Uganda will eagerly waiting for you at Entebbe international airport or any one of the Uganda’s stop border points in Busia, Malaaba, Katuna and Mutukula. You will be picked up and delivered to your agreed accommodation for relaxation, diner and overnight stay on your first day.
DAY 1:
TRANSFER TO KAJJANSI AIRFIELD FOR YOUR FLIGHT TO KIHIHI AIR STRIP
Your safari guide will pick and transfer you to Kajjansi airfield for your internal flight to Kihihi airfield after your relaxed breakfast at your place of accommodation, according to the time of your internal flight to Kihihi. The flight takes 45-60 minutes from Kajjansi to chichi where you will be picked by your safari guide in Bwindi after your arrival at the airfield to transport you to Buhoma Bwindi at booked lodge.
The drive from Kihihi to Buhoma takes around 2 hours by road and on reaching the hotel you will be warmly welcomed at the hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay prepared for physical day of gorilla trekking.
GORILLA TREKING AND COMMUNITY VISIT OF BATWA
The day stats with an early breakfast then you will be driven to the briefing point. After briefing you will be guided on gorilla trails in search for the gentle apes. The trek usually takes 2 to 6 hours and therefore we recommend you to go with packed lunch, drinking water, raincoat with comfortable shoes.
On meeting gorillas you’re allowed to stay with them for only one hour and then return to lodge for relaxation and in the evening walk to the community of Batwa in the villages around Buhoma
Batwa pygmies are the shortest people in the world and they leaved in the forests of Bwindi before they were relocated outside by Uganda wildlife authority for gorilla habituation and conservation of the forest. You will interact with Batwa and enjoy their cultural dances
You will return to the lodge for diner and overnight stay
DAY 3: FLY BACK TO KAJJANSI
TRANSFER TO KIHIHI AIRSTRIP FOR YOUR FLIGHT BACK TO ENTEBBE
On this day you will have a relaxed breakfast at the lodge and check out to meet your drive guide who will drive you to Kihihi airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe with en-route sceneries of Kayonza tea plantations and Congo hills. The drive takes anywhere between one to two hours and the flight back Kajjansi will last 1 &half hours . Our representative in Kampala will be readily waiting for you to help you connect with your flight back home or check in at your preferred accommodation place for the night.
